Rebecca Whitney is a tenacious business leader with 25 years of experience leading both large and small med tech organizations. Rebecca embraces a customer-driven approach to product development and strategic portfolio management and is passionate about building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Rebecca’s background and experience span several different med tech segments, including 10 years in Spine and Orthopedics. Rebecca has held leadership positions inside a wide range of both private-equity-backed start-ups and large global organizations, including BD Medical, Covidien, GE Healthcare, and Zimmer Biomet. As President of ZimVie Spine, Rebecca led the global Spine business through the spin-off from Zimmer Biomet and stood up the organization as a standalone entity. She currently serves as the CEO of Highridge Medical, the world’s largest privately held Spine company.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. Rebecca also serves on the Board of Directors for STRIPES, whose mission is to empower and support women by sharing knowledge, experience, and resources to help achieve success and fulfillment.
