Monique Pham is the Vice President and General Manager of EMEA and APAC at Highridge Medical, where she leads sales strategy and execution across the spine and biologics portfolio. Having spent all 23 years of her professional life in sales and marketing for Spine, Monique brings deep expertise in building high-performance sales teams, expanding market share, and driving technology adoption.

Monique started working in Spine as a marketing intern as part of her Master's Degree in 2002. For the next five years, to gain sales experience in the field, she worked in London and the South of the UK as a Spine sales representative.

Monique's considerable work experience includes eight years at Scient’x in progressing roles, nine years at K2M managing distributors in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and setting up direct entities in Switzerland and Italy before extending her responsibilities to APAC with Japan and Australia, and opening the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.

After its purchase of K2M, Monique worked with Stryker for the last six years, where she has been responsible for APAC markets, including Japan, Australia/New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Monique has a Bachelor of Arts - Honors from Cambridge Anglia Polytechnic University (UK) in European Business and a Master's Degree in International Marketing from Paris X Nanterre (France).
