With over two decades of leadership across the medical device and manufacturing industries, Jeff has held senior roles at Paragon 28, Enovis, DJO, and TE Connectivity—building high-performing global teams and scaling operations across the U.S., China, and Latin America.

A U.S. Army veteran and former Captain, Jeff is known for his ability to lead complex operational transformations, global supply chain optimization, and quality systems overhauls. His career began at Stryker, where he rose through the ranks in engineering, operations, and regulatory affairs.
