Caroline is an accomplished, results-driven leader with 20+ years of success leveraging strengths in data analytics, product development, strategic planning, and relationship building to drive worldwide profitability across complex territories with multiple product lines. She joined K2M when it was a start-up venture in 2004, logged the first dollar of revenue in 2004, contributed to growing the company from $0 to $300 million, and served in multiple positions with K2M for 14 years, contributing to worldwide growth which led to a $1.4 billion acquisition by Stryker in 2018. She is responsible for global Markeitng and Medical Education at Highridge.
